Saturday, August 14th, 1999 -- -------- We'll meet at 9:45am on the grassy area under the trees on the west side of Park Drive West, across from Tavern on the Green and next to the Sheep Meadow, for a 1 to 6 mile FUN walk or run. We will have pace captains to lead ALL LEVELS, so encourage your walking friends to join us! A Bag watch will be provided. Then we will all hang out together for fun and games* and food (after all, we don't burn calories for nothing). There may be a umystery event" which you won't want to miss! MEMBERS: We'll all have to pitch-in a bit to make it work. So we ask everyone to bring a blanket to sit on and your own beverages (for your guests as welD. Plus, one dish for 4 to 6 people to eat and share based on the following alphabetical breakdown of last names: A to H: please bring fruit or salad I to P: please bring cold cuts or a vegetarian dish Q to Z: a "home made" dessert!
